why ease on skis

I grew up in the city but I have always thrived in the mountains.
Skiing was easy when I was a child but as I was getting older I, somehow, had to work way too hard and was not having as much fun anymore.
I gave up and switched to snowboarding.

During my Alexander Technique teacher training I came across an article called The Art of Alpine Skiing   by Erik Bendix.  A few months later,
​I met Erik in Switzerland  to join his skiing workshop.
I have been hooked ever since.
Within that one week my technique improved tremendously.

I fell in love with skiing again.
I have finally found my long lost
