Shaw method and I
I come from a family of competitive swimmers. However, when I first learned to swim,
my coach was very unforgiving and I was very scared. I then decided swimming was not for me.
Years later, with a little help from the Alexander Technique and Steven Shaw,
I learned to conquer my fear of water.
Today, swimming is my therapy. I love it. I need it. It makes me feel good.
And above all, I love sharing this passion with others.
